01
BALLPARK ESTIMATE
Sandhurst Interiors will provide a ballpark estimate (Important: this is not an actual contract!). A ballpark estimate streamlines a quick "best guess" price before all selections and details are determined. It can help decide which priorities can be accomplished within a homeowners budget. Then, our team connects with your designer, or refer one to you if needed/requested.
02
HOME VISIT
Our team (and possibly other subcontractors) will visit with you in your home to access the scope of work. We will identify any challenges and ask questions to make sure we are on the same page.
03
DESIGN + SELECTIONS
This is the fun part! The client/homeowner makes their selections for finishes, fixtures and appliances! We have excellent referral partners in town. This is a good time to ask questions regarding warranties, quality of product/longevity and installation process.
04
PROPOSAL
Once all selections are made, our team will provide a fixed price contract. Upon signature and the initial down payment, we will begin to communicate scheduling and start placing orders.
05
CONSTRUCTION
You can expect the highest quality of care and respect for your home and neighbors during our remodeling. From demolition to clean up, our team prides themselves on courteous construction! Protective measures are taken to safeguard walkways, mitigate dust and limit disruptions within your home.
06
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Payments are made periodically throughout the course of your renovation. Typically, there is an initial down payment, at significant milestones and a final payment upon completion.
When are payments due?

A ballpark estimate is to identify a range of costs associated with the project prior to final bids and product selection. Ballpark estimates help determine the feasibility of a project with a homeowners specific needs or priorities. A proposal, which may include allowances for unknown costs or selections not yet made, is a fixed price contract based on bids from subcontractors and actual costs of products selected.
What is the difference between a ballpark estimate and a proposal?

Yes! We have excellent partners with showrooms full of the latest products and finishes. They can also look at your existing home to make sure the new design is cohesive and functional!
